Parco WONG Lok Han

The elder brother (the director) is writing a petition letter for his younger brother, caught up in the events of 2019. He recalls his own arrest in 2014 but finds it hard to put pen to paper due to the estrangement between the two. The elder brother sought refuge in re-watching family videos. He was surprised that their father had taken the brothers up the mountains to watch the mists. The mists from twenty years ago have now become a storm. The fate of the brothers and Hong Kong seems to have already been set in storm. The night before the younger brother was to go to prison, the two decided to ride up the mountain and have a heart-to-heart talk. They suddenly had the idea to play a game: Film the younger brother giving the Peace sign from the prison cell.
